  报告题目:EANET ecological monitoring and relevant research works 

   人:Sase Hiroyuki(佐瀨裕之) 

  

  Sase Hiroyuki is working for Asia Center for Air Pollution Research, ACAP (former ADORC), and serving as the Visiting Professor at Niigata University (Cooperative Course). SASE, Hiroyuki is Coordinator of IUFRO Working Party 7.01.10 “Nitrogen and Sulfur Deposition”, and the Co-Chair of Scientific Steering Committee for ACID RAIN 2020. His research interest is Leaf- to catchment-scale biogeochemistry (hopefully, to regionalscale in the near future), utilization of multi-isotopic analysis for the monitoring. SASE, Hiroyuki have published more than 20 SCI papers in Biosciences, Journal of Forest Research, Hydrological Processes and Atmospheric Environment, etc. 

  佐瀨?裕之,亚洲空气污染研究中心ACAP(前ADORC)工作,新泻大学(合作课程)的客座教授,IUFRO工作组7.01.10“氮和硫沉降的协调员,ACID RAIN 2020科学指导委员会的联合主席。主要研究方向为利用多同位素分析技术监测日本,泰国和马来西亚流域的生物地球化学过程,在BiosciencesJournal of Forest ResearchHydrological ProcessesAtmospheric Environment等发表SCI论文20余篇,有望将叶片到集水区的生物地球化学过程的研究延伸到区域尺度。 

  报告题目:Predictive understanding of microbial community response to global change 

   人:Kazuo Isobe 

  

    Kazuo Isobe, Ph.D, assistant professor at the Graduate School of Agriculture and Life Sciences at the University of Tokyo, and reviewer of authoritative journals such as ISME Journal, FEMS Microbiology Ecology. He has done extensive research on uncovering ecosystem functions of microbial diversity, including the response of microbial taxa on N amendment across globe and biome, the regional and national-scaled microbial biogeography in forests in Japan, the effect of global change on seasonal variation of microbial communities and nitrogen cycling in a boreal forest in Japan, etc. Kazuo Isobe has published many SCI papers in international authoritative journals such as Nature Communications, Microbes and Environments, Soil Biology & Biochemistry and Environmental Science & Technology. He has presided over several projects including the Young Scientists, Scientific Research and JSPS Fellows. At this meeting, Kazuo Isobe will discuss the ecosytem conseqeences of microbial community shift and phylogenetic, trait-based framework for predicting the microbial community shift in response to global change. 

  Kazuo Isobe博士,东京大学农业与生命科学学院助理教授,ISME JournalFEMS Microbiology Ecology等期刊审稿人。Kazuo Isobe在揭示微生物多样性的生态系统功能方面做了丰富的研究,包括微生物分类群对全球和生物群系N修正的响应研究,日本森林区域和国家级微生物的生物地理的研究,全球变化对日本北方森林微生物群落季节变化和氮循环影响的研究等。在Nature CommunicationsMicrobes and EnvironmentsSoil Biology & BiochemistryEnvironmental Science & Technology等国际权威期刊发表SCI论文多篇。主持青年科学家、科学研究、JSPS研究员等多项项目。Kazuo Isobe将在会议上讨论有关微生物群落转移和进化导致的生态结构,并用此特征结构,预测微生物群落对于全球变化的响应。
